A big plus for Kath and Adam when picking their Wedding venue was that Friern Manor in Brentwood, Essex allows confetti photographs in the garden.

That’s exactly how Kate and Adam’s wedding at Friern Manor in Brentwood felt.

As a photographer, it’s my job to capture the essence of a wedding day, and to document the memories that the couple and their family and friends will treasure for years to come. 

And that’s exactly what I did at Kate and Adam’s wedding. I pride myself on being unobtrusive, blending in with the guests and capturing those special moments as they happen, without disrupting the flow of the day.

At Friern Manor, I am able to do just that. As the bride and her bridesmaids get ready in the large Bridal Room.

This is where I think it is much more relaxing for the Bride and the girls to have a female wedding photographer.

As I can be in the room with them capturing candid shots of them laughing and joking, feeling relaxed and enjoying the anticipation of the big day.

When it was time for the ceremony, I quietly captured the exchange of vows, the joyful tears, and the happy embraces of family and friends.

One of the highlights of the day was the confetti moment. Friern Manor is one of the few venues that allow confetti.

I make sure to capture that amazing shot as the confetti rained down on the newlyweds. It was a moment when I will take control.

It is a delight of pure happiness and excitement, and I’m thrilled to have been able to capture it for Kate and Adam to treasure forever in their Wedding Album.

And as the evening drew on and more guests arrive the BBQ fired up, and I continued to document the fun and enjoyment that made the day so special.

When Kate and Adam see their wedding photos years later, I’m sure they will be transported back to that wonderful day, and the memories come flooding back for them.

As a photographer, there’s no greater joy than knowing that I’ve created images that will be cherished for a lifetime and Kat and Adam will be showing their wedding album to their children and their grandchildren in years to come.
