My show saddle from back in the day
When you lose your beloved horse, their tack sits somewhere in the house until the time is right.
This one-off Mini Whitney Saddle Bag was once my well-loved Vintage Eldonian Show Saddle; it is now a unique 10" wide, 8" tall by 5" deep shoulder bag.
Repurposing my lovely old saddle into a handbag means I get to use my saddle every day again.
Featuring a pure wool Whitney exercise blanket, with a sturdy English leather shoulder strap with solid brass hardware and magnetic closure.
Fully handstitched using traditional saddle stitch, no sewing machines or rivets used.
